Rebuilding Strength After Injury:
From Pain to Power

How structured training restored mobility, confidence, and led to a 19kg transformation.
"I started training with Viki approximately two years ago. I was suffering with a badly injured shoulder, which I couldn’t raise above elbow height, I thought that any exercise including weight training was impossible for me. Viki took the time and patience to discover the main causes of my pain and address it, I had severely injured my rotator cuff. 
We started slowly with specific exercises to strengthen and support all the muscle around the joint. Slowly increasing weights and adopting different techniques. Less than a year later I was pain free and had full mobility.
 
I progressed to total body weight training with the support and supervision of Viki. The results have been amazing, the shape of my body has totally transformed and I am in the best shape I have been in for many years. My confidence has been restored as has my self belief. I have gone from 87.45 kg to 68.49 kg!

I’ve been in and around the fitness industry for over 30 years, starting at 21 and building my career through gym coaching, group instruction, and one-to-one personal training.

Strength training has always been my foundation. Not because it’s trendy. Because it works.

If your goal is weight loss, toning, or improving fitness — strength training is part of the solution. It builds lean muscle, supports metabolism, and helps results last.

Clients often describe me as motivating when needed, honest and direct, and able to rein them in when they’re pushing in the wrong direction.
